Can I bring food and drink into the FirstBank Amphitheater?

No, outside food is not allowed to be taken inside the venue. There are lots of concession options where you can buy food and drinks. Patrons are permitted to take empty, reusable water bottles of less than 27 oz that can be filled at water stations inside. Single-use plastic water bottles are not allowed.

Are there any age restrictions at the FirstBank Amphitheater?

There are no general age restrictions at the FirstBank Amphitheater, but some events have age restrictions. The Outlaw Music Festival is a family-friendly event open to all ages, but again you may find age restrictions on some events. So, always check the details for your specific event. 

What time should I arrive at the FirstBank Amphitheater?

It is recommended that you arrive at least one hour before the scheduled start time of your event at FirstBank Amphitheater. This is to allow for parking and the bag check procedure before entering the venue. If you have purchased Premium Field Parking, you will be able to avoid queues for parking and will be directed straight to your allocated parking.

What is the bag policy at the Franklin TN Amphitheater?

The FirstBank Amphitheater has a clear bag policy, with the exception of small clutch bags of no more than 4.5” x 6.5”. Clear vinyl, tote or plastic bags of up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed into the amphitheater. Bag checks are conducted, so read the list of prohibited items and make sure you aren’t carrying items that are not allowed into the venue.

Which are the best seats to buy at FirstBank Amphitheater?

Level 100 is the closest seating area to the stage, providing the best acoustics and visual quality. This section also has the most comfortable seating but tickets in this area are the most expensive. The central seats in level 200 also have very good views of the stage.
