Cody Jinks tickets

In partnership with FPC Live, “Loud and Heavy” Platinum songwriter Cody Jinks maps a summer’s worth of US concerts, playing out in adjacent support of his newest album, a tribute to honky-tonk legend Lefty Frizzell. The ongoing “Hippies & Cowboys” Tour gave the Old South some boot-stomping shows to remember, and it will soon stop by Franklin, TN, to light up the FirstBank Amphitheater.

Join Cody Jinks this Friday, May 30th, 2025, as he and special guest Tanner Usrey play your favorite Texas country, southern rock, and Red Dirt music in the middle of the sprawling, vibrantly pristine Tennessean outdoors. Our headliner brings a brimful of hits, from 2018’s “Must Be the Whiskey” to his recent cover of “Saginaw, Michigan,” with other evergreen singles you’ll love singing along to. Cody Jinks embraces outlaw country in “Fast Hands,” “Hippies and Cowboys,” and “Mamma Song,” inviting us to revel in their classical acoustics. Click the link to claim your reservations.

Hippies and Cowboys Tour

Outlaw country’s Cody Jinks announced a Live Nation and FPC Live production for Summer 2025 — the “Hippies & Cowboys” Tour — with simultaneous support for his new honky-tonk tribute album, Cody Jinks Sings Lefty Frizzell. This road show, which kicked off last March at the Big Easy, plots nearly two dozen stops throughout the United States and includes a May 30th concert in Franklin, Tennessee’s FirstBank Amphitheater. Guest Tanner Usrey will open.

“It’s a really divided time in our nation,” said the headlining singer.

“But we’ve always been the type of band where we’ve wanted everybody. And so next year, it’s going to be a statement of ‘Man, we’re just an American band.’ That’s what we are. We’re a honky-tonk band. We’re American music. You have country rock, rhythm, and blues. All in one. We’re hippies, we’re cowboys — and we’re everything in between.”

He’s honky-tonk. He’s Southern rock. He’s Texas country music. Cody Jinks doesn’t require definite labels. All he wants is to create music that speaks candidly from the heart and for you to enjoy the strumming rhythms of his guitar. The 44-year-old Haltom City native will perform radio hits and arena-proven songs on Friday, with top-charting heights marked by 2018’s Platinum single “Must Be the Whiskey” and current decade highlights like “Loud and Heavy” and last year’s “Outlaws and Mustangs.” Dark, smooth, and familiar, Jinks’ style reflects a lonesome disposition, but not without bright spots of passion, spirit, and sincerity. He toes the line between classical outlaw and modern storytelling. Since his first Billboard entry, I'm Not the Devil (2016), he has been an icon worth dedicating your weekend to, and that hasn’t changed for his upcoming gig.

Cody Jinks has four studio albums ranked Top 5 on both Country and Independent charts, over two million concert tickets sold, and a barrel full of sing-along hits. In addition to fan favorites “Mamma Song,” “Fast Hands,” and “Somewhere in the Middle,” he offers faithful cover songs from Country Music Hall of Fame legend Lefty Frizzell, such as “Long Black Veil” and “Saginaw, Michigan.” Tanner Usrey (“Don’t Let Go,” “These Days”) channels his rockin' Red Dirt roots in an opening set.

Cody Jinks’ “Hippies  & Cowboys” Tour is now underway. Join him and reconnect with nature on his night at the famous FirstBank Amphitheater, an open-air site founded on a reclaimed rock quarry featuring marvelous panoramas of woodland, wildlife, and natural stone. Book your tickets soon!
